JIFACA  provides a Counselling Service for adolescents experiencing difficulties in a non-judgemental and confidential environment. This service includes supporting Parents who are having family and/or personal difficulties.

JIFACA also conducts behavioural  assessments for clients. Tests include the Conners-3 Rating Scale for ADHD and  the Achenbach Child Behaviour Checklist.  These assessments can be helpful in obtaining a Special Needs Assistant.
